Terms and Conditions for Holiday Home Rental

1. Reservation and Payment

A reservation is confirmed after the full rental amount and deposit have been received.

Payments must be made via bank transfer before the specified payment deadline.

2. Rental Period

The rental period and times are as stated in the booking confirmation.

The property must be vacated by 2:00 PM on the final day and left clean and complete.

3. Security Deposit

A security deposit is paid in advance and will be refunded within 5 working days after departure, provided the property is left in good condition.

4. Use of the Property

The property is for holiday use only and may accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.

Pets are not allowed, and disturbances to neighbors must be avoided.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
• Cancellation between 30 and 14 days before arrival: 50% refund.
• Cancellation within 14 days before arrival: no refund.

6. Damage and Liability

Damage to the property or its contents caused by the renter will be deducted from the deposit.

The owner is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.

7. Cleaning

A mandatory cleaning fee is included in the rental price.

Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left in an excessively dirty condition.

8. House Rules

Smoking is prohibited indoors; outdoor smoking is allowed as long as it does not disturb others.

Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Facilities, such as WiFi and the pool, may be used with care.

9. Water Usage and Maintenance

Use water consciously due to local scarcity.

Outdoor furniture cushions must be stored indoors during rain to prevent damage.

10. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters or pandemics), either party may cancel or modify the contract. Refunds will be determined in mutual agreement.

11. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, cancellations, or damages.

12. Local Regulations

Waste must be separated and disposed of in designated areas.

Parking is permitted in the designated spaces near the property.
